New house lot. Got ledge? This one sure did. We started with the land clearing then moved on to putting in a driveway. When we got to the location of the house, he started to dig and found a lot of ledge. There's plenty of ledge in NH. We worked with the customer and moved the house back 20' to save the customer some money on blasting. By doing that, it also gave them a larger back yard. We dug out and prepped for the concrete company and let them do their magic. Concrete contractors like to have room to work. We also took care of the foundation drain, radon mitigation, septic system, underground electric and used the boulders we piled up to make some nice retaining wall. One stop does it all, give us a call.
Underground utilities are the way to go. Welcome to New Hampshire. We certainly have our wind and we certainly have our ice and snow in the winter. We wouldn't change a thing. We love New Hampshire. However, electric and telecommunication lines do not like our weather. Trees and tree branches always seem to break on the lines and knock out power. Protect your lines and put them underground. While more people are opting for building their houses back off the road, the best thing you can do is put them underground. We've installed conduit for our customer that have NHEC and Eversource. We build to their specifications. Give us a call for your free quote.
We offer our services to residential, commercial and municipalities. This company needed a new driveway for easier access from trailer trucks. We worked with the town to tie 2 new catch basins into their existing drainage, built a rock retaining wall and made a new wide straight driveway for trailer trucks. We also made a few concrete slab for trailer landing gear to sit on.
No matter the size of the job, Hubbell Development Corp can get it done. Have an old pool, you don't use anymore? We'll fix it for you. Want a pool, you don't have? We can take care of that also.
From ripping out an old garage slab and adding some draining, to putting in a new garage, we do whatever our customers need. As you can see, sometimes, we may joke around a little. Is that Moses 2021? We never know what we'll find when we start to break ground. In this case, it kind of looked like a stone tablet.
From complete site work on commercial and residential jobs, to small retaining walls and hardscapes. Our crews take care of it. Give us a call and see the difference. We're always welcoming new customers.
